Top Tips
It may read like a cliché, but there are a lot more deaths in the winter months, and January is known to be a really busy time for Funeral Directors and our members. So the top tips for making sure you are the person who is called are:
- Make sure you can be reached
- Tell your FDs if there are any times when you won't be available
- Let your FDs know when you are back
Admin Reminders
Booking forms
Are you using the latest version of the booking form? It has an email section for the contact person - either provide a postal address OR an email address. If not, the new form can be downloaded from the Members' Area on the website, or email me, Barbara.
Christmas Logo
Also in the Members' Area, the IoCF Christmas logo is available for you to download and use on sticky labels for any Christmas cards or other items you might want to visit Funeral Directors with!
Office Opening
